MEGA Disposables S.A. is a 100% Greek company and one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of personal hygiene products. Since its establishment in 1980, the company has achieved sustained organic growth, evolving into a globally competitive industrial enterprise with a presence in five continents, while maintaining 100% of its manufacturing operations in Greece.

Employing more than 800 people and operating over 86,000 m² of privately owned manufacturing facilities, MEGA has developed one of the most technologically advanced personal hygiene production hubs in Southeastern Europe. Since 2000, the company has invested more than €270 million in state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, automation, research and development, quality assurance systems, and infrastructure, continuously strengthening its innovation capabilities and operational excellence.

MEGA manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of trusted brands, including Babylino, EveryDay, Sani, BabyCare, Wet Hankies, Pom Pon, Tipers, Rispet, and others. Its product range covers baby care, feminine hygiene, adult incontinence, family care, wet wipes, cotton products, pet care, and private label solutions for leading international retailers and multinational companies.

Innovation is embedded in MEGA’s corporate DNA. The company pioneered the Sensitive concept with the launch of the world’s first Sensitive sanitary napkin and later extended this philosophy across multiple product categories. EveryDay sanitary napkins and Babylino Sensitive diapers were the first products in their respective categories in Europe to receive OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification, reflecting MEGA’s commitment to skin-friendliness, product safety, and superior quality.

Product safety remains MEGA’s highest priority, supported by a fully integrated in-house R&D Centre, rigorous quality assurance protocols, advanced laboratory testing, and partnerships with internationally recognised certification bodies. This commitment earned the company the European Commission’s European Product Safety Award twice, in 2019 and 2023.

Sustainability is a core pillar of MEGA’s long-term strategy through its Act Green programme. Today, 100% of the company’s electricity consumption comes from renewable energy, Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions have been reduced by 72% since 2020, and 99.8% of production waste is recycled or recovered for energy.
