With more than 20 years of experience, he operates at the intersection of technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, digital governance, and resilient digital infrastructures.

He has been instrumental in transforming UBITECH from a research-based innovation hub into one of Greece’s most recognized deep tech companies, with a strong European footprint and a growing presence in high-impact international projects. His leadership combines entrepreneurial vision with operational depth, enabling the company to translate advanced research into scalable, market-relevant solutions for governments, institutions, and enterprises.

Dr. Alexandrou is recognized for his ability to identify emerging opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and guide innovation toward real-world applications and long-term value creation. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
